Shopfront Renders

First impressions are important, and the client wanted to ensure his shopfront would be exactly how he wanted it. In order to do this, I photoshopped his two top designs onto the existing shopfront in order to show what they would look like.

New Years Fliers

As an initial promotion, the client requested an A5 flier that he could send round. He requested specific text on the front, with a calendar on the back. I produced several iterations in order to give him some options, with the first slide showing the one selected.

Housing Leaflets

As another promotion, he requested some leaflets to go through a letterbox, enticing recipients to sell their homes through the client. I produced a range of designs to his specifications, all of which were well received. The first slide shows the selected design.

Signboards

High quality signboards are a must for an estate agent, and he wanted to ensure his were up to scratch. I therefore did some tweaks to his original designs, although largely kept it in the same vein. This resulted in a slightly more polished look, ensuring that the colour remained consistent across his brand and creating a more polished look.

Shopfront Signs

As a final touch, he wanted some custom signs to place in his shop window. Since he wanted to vary these depending on time and what houses he had available at the time. I therefore produced a variety of designs using professionally take photographs, all of which were used in his display.
